Van Zandt Country Club 

All of the following packages include yourself, your spouse, any children living in the
household under the age of 21 and any children that are in college. 

EQUITY MEMBERSHIPS:

GOLD MEMBERSHIP This is our Full Membership Golf Package INCLUDING unlimited range balls. 
Initiation Fee $1500.00, Monthly Dues $159.24, Monthly Debt Services $20.00 – 
GOLD MEMBERSHIP CAPPED AT 225 Total. 

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP This package is our Classic Gold Membership with a few extra benefits.
 This full membership will additionally include unlimited Carts and Range Balls. It also includes Bag Storage and Club Cleaning Service.  It is available in a Single or Family Membership plan.

(Platinum Memberships require a signed, 12 month commitment)

SINGLE PLAN:  Initiation Fee $1500.00, Monthly Dues $270.33, Debt Services $20.00 
FAMILY PLAN:  Initiation Fee $1500.00,Monthly Dues $332.33, Monthly Debt Services  $20.00.
(NOTE:  Stockholder’s Fee may be paid out over six months.  If you resign before it is paid in full, your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance due of Stockholder’s Fee.)

 

NON-EQUITY MEMBERSHIPS:

SOCIAL GOLF MEMBERSHIPThis package is our Classic Social Membership with the 
benefit of unlimited golf. Members are eligible to join the MGA, LGA or SGA. 
All other benefits of the social membership are included.  
Initiation Fee $300.00, Monthly Dues $133.24, Debt Services $20.00

 

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIPThis package is the partial package of what we have to offer at VZCC. 
With this package you get unlimited use of the swimming pool, 
full-service bar, full-service dining room and the snack bar. 
Initiation Fee $300.00, Monthly Dues $66.12 per month.  Debt Services $10.00

 

SWIMMING MEMBERSHIPThis is a limited Social Membership.  It is limited to the period of time the swimming pool is open and to purchase food and drink with cash or credit card from the SNACK BAR ONLY.   There is absolutely no admittance into the clubhouse or onto the golf course. 

Payment required, in advance, of $300.00 per family.
